1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

Loyalty card / program/ membership all refer to the Artist Loyalty Card program. 

Members are clients who own a loyalty card.
Sajini refers to the artist HelloSajini as seen on VGen / Kofi / Twitch / Youtube. 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or using the Program, each Member accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any variations made from time to time by Sajini.

3. Changes to the Program

Sajini may at my absolute discretion at any time and without notice or giving reasons for its decision amend any component of the Loyalty Program and its associated benefits. 

4. Inactive Memberships

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, Sajini may terminate, suspend, deactivate and/or archive your membership if you have not transacted with or used your card/membership account for any 24-month period.

Sajini does not warrant that your Membership details will be kept and/or can be retrieved in the event that your Membership is terminated, suspended, deactivated and/or archived pursuant to this clause. However, you may be eligible to reapply for a new membership, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Program at the applicable time.

5. Availability of Program

Sajini gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Program. Sajini may, in her absolute discretion, at any time cancel or suspend the Program in whole or in part. This will be communicated to you with a 6 month notice.

6. Eligibility

Membership in the program is only open to clients who commission Sajini for art, and is subject to acceptance and approval of T&C herewith.

Loyalty cards are only established after purchase / transaction, and are at Sajini’s discretion to initiate and distribute.

7. Exclusions

At discretion, you maybe excluded from the Loyalty program. 

8. Use of Membership Card

The Member’s Loyalty card can only be used by the Member and is not transferable. You may request art on behalf of someone and still use the card. Only the owner may make a discount request and get a stamp. 

9. Membership Benefits

Sajini shall determine Membership entitlements at her sole discretion, which may include, without limitation:

A percentage discount on the 5th concurrent commission of 25%

A flat 20 EUR discount on the 10th concurrent commission and others as the membership progresses.

The loyalty card stamps are valid for an extension of 24 months from the last stamp collected.

10. Privacy

Sajini’s Loyalty cards are issued per client and upon this some of your private details maybe collected (usernames / email) 

If this information is not provided, the Member may not participate in the Program.

In addition, this personal information and any other information obtained through the Program may be used by Sajini for future marketing, promotional, research, product development and planning purposes in any form of media, including electronic communications.
